Preventing School Violence: You can help to keep school safe from violence!
Keeping Kids Safe: These are places you can contact if you need protection!
Batchelor faculty and staff offer this information because we want our students to be happy and safe.
We also encourage students to talk with adults in your school and the adults in your home about safety issues.

All of these services will keep your name private. No one will tell that you were the caller.

involving school.

The call is answered by an answering machine at MCCSC. 
Leave a message explaining what you know about any danger or threat to school safety.

Listening Line

a problem or crisis.

At Listening Line, the person who answers will listen and help find the right person who can help you. 
The person who answers is trained to help people in danger of harm or when someone feels like hurting himself or herself.

At First Call for Help they know how to help you find the right kind of help for your problem. Call and talk with someone who knows how to listen and who can figure out what kind of help you might need.

Go to a building with the yellow SafePlace sign if you need help. Ask the people who work in the building to help you. They have been trained to know what to do.
 
 

Youth Service Bureau
